State of the Church Address

The new year seems to have started with as much chaos, confusion and division as the last one ended with, but all is not as it appears. A great transformation in the hearts of believers, and within individuals all over the United States and around the world, is underway! It is understood that prophecy is previous and is partial. We do not always understand the "how" or the timing, but there is no question that the sovereign, good plans of God are moving forward. He is looking for the ones who will partner with Him - no special qualifications required, just a big "Yes!" in our hearts! The following words were received in late 2019 and early 2020. The seeds of His promises are now stirring and activating. Much activity takes place deep in the soil before the first shoot is ever seen. Take heart, He has overcome the world and the miraculous is already happening!

State of the Church Address (11/23/2019)

"The division in My Church will no longer be something the enemy can use as a weapon of destruction. I am turning it around and will now use it to bring about his demise. Ranks of divisions in My army will break off in opposite directions, but not for separation and desertion. No, I am issuing a new command and releasing the strategy. These ranks will separate but only far enough to circle back around, come together and ambush the enemy from behind. He will be caught by surprise and his defenses will not hold. I will use the very thing he devised to destroy My Church to destroy him and he will be defeated. The law of sowing and reaping is universal - Satan and his demons are not exempt. 

As the Church goes, so will the nation go. The state of the Church directs the state of the nation. I have issued My State of the Church address: The civil war in the Body and in the spirit realm is coming to an end. The natural will follow. The captives will be released, the blind will see and the oppressed will be set free. The time of the Lord's favor has come."

The Step Heard 'Round the World (2/3/2020)

As our church was in worship on this particular morning, I saw in my spirit a great multitude of people standing in an open field. I knew it was the Body of Christ. Suddenly, they all took a gigantic step forward in complete unison. The sound reverberated in my spirit - it was thunderous! I then heard, "This is the thunder of My love!"

 

I had witnessed scenes similar to this in my spirit at least twice before so I asked the Lord why I was being shown this again. He replied,

"The Church is gaining forward momentum. It will no longer be one big step of revival and then years of stagnation. It will now be step after step steadily taking ground for My Kingdom. It will not stop - of the greatness of My government and peace there will be no end.

 

The 'Shot Heard 'Round the World' over 200 years ago in North America, sparking the Revolutionary War and ushering in freedom never seen before, was nothing compared to what I am about to do. This is the 'Step Heard 'Round the World' and it will release a tsunami wave of hope, healing and deliverance throughout the nations while at the same time striking fear in the enemy's camp. This unified movement of My Body will release both healing and warfare - it flows as one. As My Church moves forward releasing hope and healing, the enemy will suffer devastating blows and will run in terror."

 

Finally, I received the following as we neared the end of 2020:

"Revival is here. It's already happening. You do not have to wait for the big event. It is quietly taking place in hearts and minds revealing itself in subtle changes in people's thoughts and actions. 

 

There will be significant manifestations to come but they will not usher in revival. They will be the revelation of the awakening and transformation that has already been taking place. I have heard your cries - I am answering and pouring out My Spirit."

 

This was followed by specific strategy and instruction:

"Satan will exploit everything that looks like the opposite of this. Do not give him a moment of your attention. He's the father of lies and is lashing out in panicked desperation - he's coming undone. Stand secure in My shelter and watch it happen. Remember that this is a spiritual battle - do not get distracted by or hung up on people. Watch wicked spirits fall and unexpected people be released and transformed. Get ready for big surprises!"

 

The Church has been enduring a long, harsh winter season in the spirit. Yet farmers understand a mild winter tends to yield a weak crop but a hard winter produces a strong harvest. We can rejoice! A bountiful harvest is on the way! Conditions around us may not look good for growing anything of value but God knows exactly what is needed to produce the fruit He has planned. Our prayers are always about seed and harvest. A farmer sows seed, not conditions - he leaves that to God trusting He will send what's needed and protect the fields from destruction. 

 

So, I believe as we navigate a hard spiritual winter, our attention is not to be focused on the "weather forecast" (the world's news), but attending to the inner "machinery" for plowing, planting and harvesting so we're ready when the weather breaks! (Prayer, worship, reading the Word and letting it transform us, etc.) Now is the time to prepare ourselves for the work of a great harvest! It's going to be "Go time!" before we know it!

Below are scriptures embedded in the words released above. All of His promises prove true and are backed by the honor of His name! (Psalm 18:30, Psalm 138:2)

"For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory." (2 Corinthians 1:20, NLT)

 

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33, NIV)

"He has turned back their own wickedness upon them
And will destroy them by means of their own evil;
The Lord our God will wipe them out." (Psalms 94:23, AMP)

 

"A thousand may fall at your side,
    ten thousand at your right hand,
    but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes
    and see the punishment of the wicked." (Psalm 91:7-8, NIV)

 

"The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help.
    He rescues them from all their troubles." (Psalm 34:17, NLT)

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
    for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released,
    that the blind will see,
that the oppressed will be set free,
   and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.” (Luke 4:18-19, NLT)

"Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end.
He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom,
establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this." (Isaiah 9:7, NIV)

 

"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11, NLT)

"Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”" (Matthew 9:37-38, NIV)

Moses said, ‘Please. Let me see your Glory.’ God said, ‘I will make my Goodness pass right in front of you; I’ll call out the name, God, right before you.’” (Ex 33:18-19a)

Let the whole earth be filled with His glory!
