A Shift, Decrees and High Praise!

Before I launch into what the Lord has placed on my heart to write, I want to share something that I believe is foundational to the season we are in spiritually. The majority of the posts I have shared and am continuing to share, have come from outpourings of the Holy Spirit that were received during a time of corporate worship. Some words have originated in quiet time spent alone with Him - ALL have flourished and come to thriving life in that secret place! It is essential that we make time to fellowship with God individually. That private relationship must be in place and be real in order to receive the breath of God on every area of our lives. In addition to that, it is vital that we be intentional about gathering together with other believers in worship and praise. We are experiencing a time in which the Lord is pouring His heart out in lavish and stunning ways! It is always His desire to do this. It is notable that He is drawn to, walking among and pouring into the midst of those gathered together in worship. If your church, or a church in your community, is offering a time of corporate worship, join in! If there is currently nothing available in your area, begin one! No agenda, no program, just worship and praise from the deepest recesses of your heart seeking nothing but the face of God.

Having said all that, what I am about to share was birthed out of several Corporate Prayer meetings at our local church over the course of the past two months. It began with a vision received early in August. In my spirit, I saw an earthquake fault line moving rapidly through the United States and then it accelerated and went around the world. I heard in my spirit, "plate tectonics" and "shifting - new alignments in the earth."  I then received the following word:

"I am at work in powerful ways and in impossible situations. I am infusing people and circumstances with the power of My presence. Look around you with fresh eyes and new expectation. I am making all things new. You will see it! This is REAL! Filter your life, the news, and the world around you through the lens of My goodness, My sovereignty, and My Word. I am releasing power to bring about lasting change like has never been seen before so that I may be glorified in all the earth!"

After receiving this, it was the term "plate tectonics" that kept resonating in my spirit. Later, I looked it up and was reminded how the earth's hard outer shell (the lithosphere) is broken up into seven major plates. The plates act like a hard, rigid shell over the earth's mantle. As I continued to read about this, I heard the following in my spirit:

"I am shifting the hard, rigid shells around the hearts of mankind. When the plates of the world move, they either brush up against each other, collide or separate entirely. As it is in the earth, so it will be in this shift of the hearts of people. Do not be alarmed when you see it taking place. I am sovereign over all the earth and all it contains, including the stony shell around the hearts of mankind. I am bringing alignment and a season of repositioning around the world so I may be glorified in all the earth!"

"The earth is the Lord's and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to Him. For He laid the earth's foundation on the seas and built it on the oceans depths." (Psalm 24:1-2)

The Holy Spirit went on to remind me that just as there are seven major plates in the natural earth, there are also seven cultural mountains - Business, Government, Education, Media, Arts & Entertainment, Religion, and Family (see 7 Cultural Mountains & Lance Wallnau to learn more).  This shift in the hearts of mankind is for the purpose of impacting the world around us. Psalm 24 above goes on to ask "who can climb the mountain of the Lord?" We are answered that it is those whose hands and hearts are pure and a call is issued for the ancient gates and doors to be opened so the King of Glory may enter. We are those ancient gates and doors! (Psalm 24:3-10) 

The Lord is breaking up the hard outer shells and realigning the hearts of mankind (and the mantles they carry) in preparation for ascending the mountains of society. As we open the ancient gates and doors to our hearts and let the King of Glory enter, He will be glorified in every sphere of the world! 

Later in the month of August, the Lord released a vision of a large white scroll with a red seal. The red color represented the blood of Jesus and the seal itself represents the promise - the seal of the Holy Spirit living within us (Ephesians 1:13-14). I then heard the following word:

"Leaders in this world and the powers of darkness have been giving their orders but now I am issuing My decrees! They supersede all others. I am granting access, power and authority. Do not appeal to the authorities of this world - appeal to Me. I am the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. My decrees rule over all others!"

The scripture I received with this was the account of Haman deceiving and persuading Xerxes to issue the decree to execute the Jews. (Esther 3) But God's decree was greater! (Esther 7-8) Just as access, power and authority were granted to Esther before her king, so they are being granted to us before our King. I sensed in my spirit that now is an appointed time to appeal to Him for all of our needs and the needs of our families, communities and nation. 

Two days after receiving this word, an email from Lou Engle issuing a fresh "Call" appeared in my email. It was a call to 30 days of fasting and prayer to prepare like Esther and arise like Deborah. A time of preparation to go before our King and ask Him to overturn the wicked decrees of our day and to proclaim that America shall be saved and walk with God for generations to come. (Rise Up - The Call)

The King is extending His scepter to us, inviting us to appeal to His sovereign throne. The scroll in the vision was white. Spiritually, white represents purity, righteousness, holiness, victory and the glory of God. In this year, 2017, we are in an appointed time of transition, overcoming and victory. Now is the time to prepare ourselves in worship and the Word to ready ourselves to appeal to our King. 

Finally this week, as we gathered for corporate worship, we prayed for the comfort and healing of all those impacted by the mass shooting in Las Vegas. It was the worst mass shooting in the history of the United States. 

Yet God is on His throne and He is good.

As we prayed, the Lord shared with me a glimpse of the city from His perspective. We were up high looking down on the city and then the city became a glorious vision of a woman! She was dressed in white and radiant! Las Vegas has long had a reputation of being a "harlot". But tonight, the Lord was revealing a bride! I then heard in my spirit:

"Las Vegas is being reborn and restored! She will never be the same! The enemy's intent was for her destruction. My intent is for her to be changed for good! The only thing that is going to be broken and destroyed is the evil hold Satan has had on her for years! A rain of My goodness will pour out on this city, taking such a heavy toll that the enemy will wish he had never thought of attacking her! He had a good streak going, but he overplayed his hand. He is about to lose big!"

Soon after this, the Lord revealed a picture of the earth. It was as though I was looking down on it from space. It was beautiful, vibrant and teeming with life! I then heard the following:

"This is the world I have created and it is filled with My glory! There is evil, but that doesn't change My goodness. Something terrible has happened in Las Vegas but that didn't stop the trees of the forest, the flowers of the field or the birds in the air from singing and declaring My praises! All the earth sings praise to Me continuously. Will the creation I spoke into existence outdo the people I made in My own image - the ones I breathed My very breath into? If creation still praises Me in spite of evil workings, how much more should My people who know Me? I look down on the earth and see My creation with "hands" raised, praising Me. I am looking for people who will do the same. Where are My people? Rise up!"

"All the earth shall worship You and sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name." (Psalm 66:4)

"The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him." (2 Chronicles 16:9)

We are in a time like never before to prepare for shifts into new spheres of influence; to appeal to our King for decrees of righteousness; to expect the impossible; and to worship Him with all we are and do! 

“Moses said, ‘Please. Let me see your Glory.’ God said, ‘I will make my Goodness pass right in front of you; I’ll call out the name, God, right before you.’” (Ex 33:18-19a)

Let the whole earth be filled with His glory!
